We are looking for a skilled Salon Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon. In this position, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. You will also be expected to create and maintain schedules, oversee financial transactions, and handle customer complaints. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon
• Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff
• Monitor and manage the salon's finances, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services
• Ensure that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations

1. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients or partners through networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to generate new business opportunities.

3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing business and repeat sales.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Strategic Planning & Business Expansion
Develop strategic business plans to achieve company goals, including market expansion, product/service diversification, or entry into new regions.
Collaborate with senior management to create actionable growth strategies.

5. Partnerships & Alliances
Identify and establish partnerships or alliances that will benefit the business.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with company objectives.

6. Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Work closely with the sales team to close deals and maintain a steady revenue flow.

7. Proposal Development & Presentations
Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients or stakeholders.
Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of the client or project.

8. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with marketing, product development, finance, and other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

9. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closing
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with clients and partners.
Ensure that all deals are in line with company policies and legal guidelines.

10. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and track performance metrics, such as sales revenue, market penetration, and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.

11. Brand Representation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness.
Act as an ambassador for the business in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

12. Budget Management
Manage budgets for business development initiatives and ensure effective use of resources.
Ensure cost-effective strategies are in place for lead generation, marketing, and other business development activities.

About the Role:

As a Trust & Safety Manager, you will be tasked with working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other team members and colleagues dedicated to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment for our users. We are looking for the right candidate with the experience, passion, and creativity to identify opportunities to promote trust and ensure the highest-level of user safety in our products and platforms, including for our video game offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of Trust & Safety policies and workflows, including issue discovery, strategy formulation, and effective risk management measures.
• Employ a data-driven approach to analyze key operational metrics and identify platform and market-based trends with solutions that address such risks.
• Foster close collaboration with cross-functional partners, internal and external stakeholders, and senior leadership to continually improve procedures and policies based on emerging trends and challenges, and to ensure compliance with all laws, policies and processes.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years of experience in either trust & safety, privacy, compliance, or similar functions;
• Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures, including working on legal or regulatory compliance obligations;
• Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability to execute quickly with limited guidance on complex, cross-functional projects with multiple working groups, building high-performance team dynamics;
• A driven, self-starter personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment to create positive outcome; and
• Strong preference for background in video gaming, online marketplaces, or social media.
