This is a full time role for a Class 3 Delivery Driver located in Penjuru Road. Our clients are Logistics service in Singapore. You will be responsible for safely transporting goods to and from specified locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. They assist with the careful loading and unloading of items to prevent damage and provide excellent customer service by addressing any delivery-related questions or concerns. Additionally, they are tasked with conducting regular vehicle checks, such as fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety equipment, reporting any mechanical issues that arise. Drivers are also responsible for managing delivery paperwork, ensuring all records are accurate. Efficient route planning is crucial to minimize time on the road while following traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies to ensure the safety of themselves, co-workers, and the public.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Proven experience as a Class 3 Delivery Driver or similar role.

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

Qualification:
