Opening in 2023, Artyzen Singapore will be the first new hotel added to Singapore’s Orchard Road district in over a decade. What was once the sprawling home of the late Tan Hoon Siang (grandson of Singapore philanthropist Tan Tock Seng) is being transformed into a 20-story luxury property. The 142 rooms will sport a distinctive aesthetic, fusing reinterpreted facets of Peranakan art and style with contemporary design.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas to the hotel’s high standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and changing linens.
• Ensure that guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies, such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services, such as extra towels, pillows, or blankets.
• Complete daily room assignments and assist with special projects as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure that guest needs are met.
• Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Attend all required training sessions and meetings.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and provide support during emergencies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:

• Be in proper attire at all times at the Sports Booking Counter to attend to members’ enquiries during the stipulated shift hours.
• Operates the Phone System, POS System and other payment systems.
• Process bookings of sports facilities (make / issue booking chits and keys to the facilities where applicable / turn on or off the facilities lights where applicable).
• Ensure proper recording of booking information and filing of booking chits.
• Issue towels and locker keys to members and ensure members sign-out and sign-in for them.
• Ensure related keys, equipment and towels are returned by members after use.
• Handle registration and withdrawal of sports activities and training programmes.
• Assist in administrative duties (letter typing, data entry, handling of mailers, photocopy of forms, replenishment of items for the counter etc.)
• Assist in sports activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit or Bentley OBD or ArchiCAD etc.

2. To update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

3. Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.

4. Using Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.

5. Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).

6. Generate shop drawings for preliminary, design, construction and as-built stages from BIM models.

7. Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings quality and drawings submission schedule are achieved.

8. Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural E&M Drawings (SEM), Concrete Body Plan (CBP), Interior Design & Wall Setting Out Plan.

9. Ensure that BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) or requirement/instruction as stipulated.

10. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.

2. Minimally 1 year experience in BIM Modeling or drafting work in building construction and project execution.

3. Proficient in BIM & 2D software like Bentley OBD, Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks.

4. Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.

5. Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.

6. Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.

7. Be able to work on project site location like Tuas.

• To support Executive Housekeeper to create an environment for the team to successfully execute all Housekeeping operations ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction, and highest level of cleanliness.
• To oversee day-to-day operations relating to the Housekeeping Department (including Rooms) and administer supervision of all housekeeping staff in conjunction with the Executive Housekeeper.
• Effective and efficient assignment of manpower and resources to achieve cost saving, based on operations requirements.
• Establish a cross training program to enable staff to be multi-tasking with multi-skill.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in efficiently managing the department according to the established concept statement, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
