The School Administrator will oversee and manage the administrative functions of the school. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication, organization, and support for the school’s operations, working closely with the principal, faculty, and families.

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including managing student records, scheduling, and school correspondence.
• Oversee enrollment and admissions processes, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for new families.
• Support the Principal, Deputy Principal, and faculty in organizing school events, meetings, and professional development.
• Maintain and manage school databases, records, and communication platforms.
• Handle inquiries from parents, prospective families, and external stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
• Ensure school policies and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to by staff and students.
• Manage and support school staff, including coordinating with external vendors and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience in school administration or a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with the EduTrust Certification and Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at the front counter.
• Ensure accuracy in clinical data entry into the computer system.
• Apply basic patient care.
• Maintain filing systems and coordinate appointments.
• Liaise with insurance companies and handle payment arrangements.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.
