Job Description:

• Overseas the entire operation process, to ensure optimal product quality and all daily operation activities are executed and met.
• Managing inventory to maintain optimal levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all manufacturing activities to achieve production targets within set timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Train, supervise, and manage the factory staff to ensure that all employees perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Setting quality standards and working closely with the production team to ensure the standards are met.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in the production process and take necessary corrective actions.

• Revit, Navisworks & Autocad software.
• Produce cable support system, equipment mounting drawing & graphical floorplan
• Able to work comfortably and independently at construction site environment
• Attend CSD coordination meeting with Project and BIM teams

Requirement:
