The Senior Care Centre Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring the well-being and safety of the seniors, and supervising a team of care staff. 1. Centre Operations

Clinical Care

The Pastoral Team Staff (Boys’ Brigade) is responsible for providing pastoral care, support and guidance to Boys of the 12 (Barker Road) Singapore Company, providing support in matters relating to the Company finance and administration, as well as assisting the Company Chaplain and working closely with the ministry leaders.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Planning and Organising:

• Assist in the organization of events such as the annual Enrolment Parade and Service, 12th Company BB Share-a-Gift Car Flag Off, annual mission trip and other group level ad-hoc activities.

2. Spiritual Nurture (Feed, Train, Protect, Encourage):

• Equip Officers and Primers to lead small groups in the Company through formal and informal training.
