· Compliance and Regulations:Adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, alcohol laws, and labor laws.
Obtaining and renewing licenses and permits as required.

· Financial Reporting:Preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to assess the restaurant's financial performance.
Analyzing financial data and making recommendations for improvements.

· Vendor Relations:Establishing and maintaining relationships with food and beverage suppliers.
Negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors to secure favorable terms.

· Team Leadership:Providing leadership and direction to the restaurant team.
Setting performance goals and expectations.
Motivating and inspiring staff to excel in their roles.

· Security and Safety:Ensuring the safety and security of both customers and employees.
Implementing security measures to prevent theft and ensure a safe dining environment.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can provide body therapy or foot reflexology to our customers without supervision. Remuneration will be assessed based on candidates experience and skill sets. Candidates would require a minimum of 5 years experience in related field are welcome.

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

• Receive complaints and resolve problems

• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records

• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa

• Prepare and submit performance reports

• Decide on reward and promotion based on performance

• Hire and train new employees

• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Requirements

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role

• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field

• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office

Deployment:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Time-off will be given for working beyond working hours.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. However, at times may call upon to work on Weekends when there are special events that require ICT support, time-off will be given for hours of work on Weekends.

Scope of works:

1. To contribute to the distinctive ethos of the school, as laid down in its Mission statement in all areas of contact and responsibility, in relationships with staff and pupils.
2. To support the HOD/ICT in the management of school based initiatives.
3. To provide ICT Technical Support and assistance in the school.
4. To support, research and recommend in the procurement of ICT or AV resources and infrastructure for the school.
5. To manage user accounts of administrative portals for operations required by the school. within the constraints of appropriate security, following guidelines stipulated by MOE and the school. e.g. Apple School Manager, Mobile Device Management Portals, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Admin Portal, etc
6. To perform diagnostic service of computing and AV devices in school.
7. To take charge of loans of school equipment, and manage insurance with relevant parties when defects arises during warranty period.
8. To maintain and manage the periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment.
9. To support stock-take of ICT assets and stores together with other members of IT Support Team.
10. To man and support all ICT helpdesk requests. e.g. password resets, device loans, device troubleshooting, application installation/deletion and servicing requests.
11. To perform recordings for events, lessons and competitions.
12. To setup/support Audio Visual for events, assembly and meeting.
13. To take charge of AV management and maintenance
14. To carry out any other duties as assigned by P,VP,HOD/ICT and ICT Manager/Associate.
