Floater:

-Maintain cleanliness of offices and other sites

-Covering absence

-Adequate to travel to different locations

Floater cum driver:

-Covering shortages

-Deliver supplies to clients

-Has class 2 or class 3 license

Monday to Friday 830am - 530pm Saturday 830am - 1230pm

Salary $1600 - $2200

Responsibilities:

• Handling AR and AP functions like data entry, processing payments and bookkeeping.
• Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, filling, etc.
• Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report.
• Handling HR related matters, staff claims, etc.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
• Only Malaysian & Singaporean will be shortlisted

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Administrative/ Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Previous bookkeeping experience in Construction industry advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
• Analytical and hands-on team player.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements and translate in to application features
• Design creative prototypes according to specifications
• Creating and implementing the source code of new applications.
• Perform testing and debug the applications
• Customize existing code to ensure efficiency and functionality, add new features
• Provide programming experience to creatively design software

Requirements

• Experience in designing and developing applications using QT,QML and MSVC
• In-depth knowledge of programming language C and C++
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
• Knowledge on Java and Android application development
• Able to develop application on diverse operating systems(Linux, Windows and Android) and hardware architecture
• Ability and willingness to work independently and efficiently
• 3 years of experience in application development
