Objectives of this role

• A Corporate Sales Executive / Senior Executive role aims to promote products or services over the phone and email to generate sales, secure appointments, or gather information from potential customers. Key objectives include:
• Sales Generation: Drive sales growth by reaching prospective customers and converting leads into actual sales.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers based on their interest and ability to purchase, ensuring a higher conversion rate.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
• Market Research: Gather valuable insights and feedback from customers that can inform marketing strategies and improve products or services.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed set targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and organization.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients, thereby enhancing the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information from potential customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and schedule appointments or sales visits.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback about their experiences with the product or service.
• Meeting Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, sales, or appointments.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly in English.
• Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Sales Skills: Experience in corporate sales or customer service is preferred.
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills for data entry.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage calls and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates of Diploma or Degree or min 1 to 2 years experience in telemarketing, sales, outbound calling or customer service
• Moderate proficiency in English Communication and Writing

JOB SCOPE:

Design, develop and deliver working software applications to delight customers
Improve software quality using XP practices such as code review and unit testing
Adheres to the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto
Prepare architectural and other technical documents
Assist on: user stories elaboration, test automation and bug fixes, build and release automation

Requirements:
Solid experience in any of technologies: Java, NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, .Net , Agile, ReactJs
Experience with version control systems such as Git, Continuous Integration (Bamboo/TeamCity)
Experience developing in Mac/Linux environment
Experience working in agile teams – TDD, Pair programming, Scrum, XP
Familiar with both Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, Design Patterns, Unit Testing
