Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate and prepare design documentation for Civil & Structural engineering projects.
• Develop positive relationship with both internal as well as external clients.
• Liaise with local authorities with respect to preparation of designs and approval process.
• Coordinate, develop, train and support staff within the office as well as lead a team of engineers.
• Budget time and cost to perform the technical input requirements of the brief.
• Follow procedures and instructions in performance of design tasks or as instructed by the Project Lead.
• Follow project quality system requirements of the project as defined in the Project Quality Plan.
• Highlight any non-conformances with the quality system, promptly inform Project Lead and suggest suitable preventative action.
• Demonstrate ability to achieve goals, and resolve conflict in an environment of competing needs.
• Introduce appropriate performance measurement to provide for continuous improvement and service delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid experience in preparation of Design and Documentation.
• Appropriate qualification such as Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Sound experience and good knowledge in design software & design standards.
• Relevant technical experience and exposure to local practices.

• Carry out the duties required as site supervisor under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities;
• Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project;
• Supervise and enforce site quality control;
• Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety;
• BCA registered with recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering;
• Recognized Degree / Diploma from recognized tertiary institution;
• Registered with IES;
• Minimum 3 years of tunnelling experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil works;
• Prior LTA project experience is an advantage;
• Only Singaporean / SPR need apply.

Accounts Payable Executive

As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial health of our organization. Reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Responsibilities:

· Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.

· Code and enter invoices into the accounting system with attention to detail.

· Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

· Reconcile payments with purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.

· Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Maintain positive relationships with suppliers while ensuring timely payments.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.

· Generate reports for management on a regular basis.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

· Assist in audits related to accounts payable activities.

Requirements:

- Min Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- At least 2- 3 years of proven experience accounts payable or related roles.

- Preferably from FMCG industry.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiar with accounting software like QuickBooks will be advantageous.
