Job Description:

• Create, develop and manage new and existing digital financial service products (Insurance).
• Be responsible for the end-to-end business product management, including but not limited to P&L management, user journey optimisation, internal process enhancement, design of financial features and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimise product portfolio by analysing key metrics, recommending improvement areas to drive profitability and continuous business growth.
• Drive regional expansion of financial services; develop and drive go-to-market strategies, collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of new products and improvement plans.
• Engage and manage external stakeholders to ensure successful launch of partnerships.
• Manage the project timelines in a cross-functional structure to ensure timely and consistent delivery of the overall business goals.
• Ensure business alignment and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Risk, Product, Legal, Compliance and Ops to own business metrics and drive sustainable growth.
• Drive operational projects in sales, underwriting, claims, etc. and continuously review operational excellence

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business or Computer Science equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 8 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services industry. Past experience in InsurTech, digital insurance or insurance consulting or strategy will be a plus.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects independently with strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and intrapreneurial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and user experience appreciation.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a high degree of ambiguity and tight deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and another Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region.

• Plan selling activities for the assigned territories, identify potential clients through research, networking, and various prospecting methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.
• Work to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
• Effectively present and demonstrate the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
• Discuss contractual terms with clients, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and the subsequent satisfactory fulfillment of client’ orders.
• Coordinate with the marketing, product development, applications, technical service, administration support and finance departments to ensure full client satisfaction and convey customer feedback for improvements.
• Effectively make use of “Salesforce” (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed of market developments, competitors’ activities and products’ information to remain competitive and effective in addressing customers and their needs.
• Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Biotechnology / Medical Technology/ Lifesciences/ Food Technology / Biomedical / Sciences related
• At least 1 year of Sales related experience
• Strong presentation skills and eloquent
• Team player and hands-on in initiatives and projects
• Thrive on challenges, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Good knowledge of interior architectural details, working drawings and construction practices

Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office suite, Revit

Flair in design; able to sketch fast and produce a good design concept

Good understanding of materials cost and application

Work closely with the project manager, design coordinators, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production

Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules

Result-oriented and passionate to deliver projects successfully

Able to work independently with a high degree of integrity

Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues

Work closely with the team and Design Lead to develop, coordinate and implement the interior design of projects from concept design to documentation and construction

Liaison with client, sub-contractor

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

A recognized Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

2-5 years of local working experience

Fresh graduates with a desire to grow professionally are welcome

Preferable experience in the workplace

Fluent in spoken and written English

Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

Able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude

Conversant with local codes and regulations
