Job Description:
Sales order processing - Sales order / Purchase order / Delivery order / Invoicing
Provide sales.
Assist & support sales, administration in all other matters.
Reply customer enquiries and E commerce.
Quotation and looking for new customer.
Handling Export & Import matter including prepare customs documents according to freight delivery needs Handle faxes / letters / enquiries internally and externally.
Other task that assign by the management.

Requirement:
At least 1 years sales admin coordinator experience.
Prior experience in shipping matters will be an added advantage.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to handle enquiries, concerns and request from Chinese speaking customers in regards with the delivery matters.)
A good team player able to interact with people from all levels and works well under pressure.
Require to work on alternate Saturday. Able to start work Immediately.

Roles & Responsibility

• Come up with innovative ideas and solutions to engage customers and differentiate the brand from competitors.
• Brainstorm ideas and creating creative contents (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Website & etc) to increase followers, views and engagements.
• Videoshoot and photoshoot.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster positive relationships with our audience.
