Responsible for Liaising with consultants, contractors & authorities on project.
To prepare M & E co-ordination drawings and M&E submission.
Supervise / coordinate M&E or structural works at site.
Assist the M&E engineer in planning and monitoring of construction work process.
Will be working closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Supervise day-to-day site works
Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction.
Handle the project supervision and documentation
Expertise in Site Supervision and Execution
Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions
Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
Ensures that the works are carried out in compliance to approved design, drawings and local authorities' requirements and regulations.
To prepare quotation based on the BQ's and line drawings
Should be aware of BIM
Able to prepare AUTO CAD drawings
Should be skilled in REVIT Software
To inspect the site and provide quotes by coordinating with the client
Must have experience in preparing and quoting government tenders
Must have ability to bid and take projects
Analyzing and enhancing effieciency of existing systems and processes
