Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for audio-visual (AV) systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with video conferencing, audio systems, displays, projectors, and other AV equipment.
• Set up, test, and configure AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and Webex events.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment, ensuring system performance and reliability.

• Offer end-user training and support on AV system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Manage AV equipment inventory, ensuring all devices are well-maintained and up-to-date.

Requirements

Business Analyst

- As a Digital Tool Champion (Gen AI, IBPM etc.) to support launch and implementation of banking products and service/data offerings on a regional aspect;

- Understand, interpret and execute new service offerings/policies into strategic and effective operational process(s);

- Support design of standard and customised solutions within product suite;

- Coordinate with business users/stakeholders to gather necessary elements for successful implementation of initiative(s);

- Perform Generative AI prompting for any POC(s) and UAT

- Be responsible for test planning, creation, execution (i.e. UAT), defects management and regular status reporting;

- Provide post-production support (i.e. manage and report on initiative activities, provide Gen AI daily dashboard reporting and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of initiative to key stakeholders);

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities;

- Support continuous training for any initiative(s) or developments.
