Job Description

• Plan, propose, coordinate and execute utility diversion related works
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on project coordination
• Plan & Execute Trial Trench works
• Maintain overall utilities serves plan
• Liaise with utility agencies e.g. SPPG, telco & etc
• Supervising and managing utility related site construction, installations, testing and commissioning activities
• Prepare documentation (method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures) for timely submission and review

Requirements

• Equipped with knowledge of NCE application
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and 2 years’ relevant experiences utility works
• Candidate with Register Earthwork Supervisor Certificate is preferred

• Greet customers warmly, manage queries efficiently.
• Prepare quality beverages using standardized recipes and proper brewing techniques.
• Provide attentive service, assisting with selection based on preferences and dietary needs.
• Process orders accurately, handling cash and electronic payments.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to operational policies.
• Monitor tea inventory, report discrepancies, and restock supplies as needed.
• Working in weekend and public holiday is must ie CNY x mas etc
• Mulitple outlets to provide training or cover staff off days etc
