Work with freight forwarders, transport companies, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain process.
- Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to handle stock movement, storage, and order fulfillment.
Conduct regular stock audits and implement measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Documentation and Compliance:Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, delivery orders, and customs clearance forms.
Ensure compliance with Singapore’s customs and trade regulations, including import/export requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, such as shipment tracking, delivery status, and inventory data.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Negotiate with logistics partners to secure cost-effective transportation and warehousing services.
Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to meet business needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Class 4 license with Forklift license.
