Job Description

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (either body or foot) in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure high level of service standards
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or higher
• At least 1 year of relevant financial advisory experience in banking and/or financial services. Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for a Senior Relationship Manager role.
• Equipped with the necessary regulatory certifications for advising investment products as classified under the FAA regulatory framework, namely CMFAS Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A and Health Insurance
• Strong interpersonal skills and results-oriented with professional conduct and a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets
• Good knowledge of wealth management and investment products, as well as industry trends
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule that includes roadshows on weekends
