JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and other online platforms
• Collaborate with the Creative Services Lead and other team members to ensure copy aligns with overall campaign objectives and creative direction
• Conduct research to understand audience needs and preferences, and incorporate insights into copywriting
• Adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Demonstrate discipline in meeting deadlines and managing multiple brand projects simultaneously
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and digital content

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in creative, media & entertainment industry or related field
• Proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio of work across various platforms
• Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to write compelling and persuasive copy that engages and motivates the target audience
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with creative teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environme

Role and Responsibilities

1. To Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department

2. Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects

3. Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.

4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s

5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

Requirements

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, corporate secretarial and tax agents, etc.
• Assist in Group monthly / quarterly / half yearly financial reports.
• Ensure timely submission of ECI / Tax submission for the Group.
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries.
• Cash flow management.
• Review payment for subsidiaries and intercompany monthly confirmation.
• Prepare for corporate income tax filing.
• Review GST working prepare by assistant.
• Annual budget preparation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Administer all aspects of account management for applications, including but not limited to:

Windows Active Directory

Entra ID/Azure AD

Clinical System

Finance ERP System

Biomedical System

CRM System

IRIS System

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all access creations, modifications, and deletions.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for account management processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding).

Manage the User Access Matrix, ensuring its accuracy and liaising with stakeholders to validate it.

Conduct regular User Access Matrix reviews with stakeholders.

Adhere to SOPs for all account management procedures.

Assist in account and access management audits by providing supporting documentation and audit log tracing.

Perform bi-annual access reviews for various systems.

Troubleshoot permission issues for systems and escalate to system owners when necessary.

Handle other ad-hoc duties and IT administrative tasks as required.

Key Capabilities and Skills Required:

• Strong project management experience in related Electrical Installation projects (especially on turnkey and A&A works) with strong technical knowledge and site experience.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership quality and high initiative character.
• Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
