Responsibilities:

• Organise and communicate meeting and updates on Team’s progress and commitment to the resolution of the Problem Statements and Deliverable according to respective business functions.
• Assist and provide advisory support to the business on their portion of work and ensure relevant documentation is duly completed, such as SOP
• Work with the business to design processes and controls relating to key regulatory or compliance focus areas
• Work with the business on remedial action to close gaps identified from MAS/ Compliance and Internal audit findings.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to close up tasks that team is working on.

Requirements:

• Education – Tertiary education
• Experience – 3 years of management experience in life insurance industry
• Good proficiency in MS Excel
• Good project management and writing skills
• Sound knowledge in General and Life Insurance product knowledge and Company’s procedures and processes.
• Good communication skills, problem solving skills, influencing skills, strategic thinking, presentation skills

Role Summary:

You will develop and maintain supply chain and e-commerce applications, troubleshoot issues, collaborate on IT projects, and lead digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house supply chain and e-commerce applications
• Conduct user requirement interviews and troubleshoot system issues
• Collaborate with IT engineers and business owners to implement IT system projects
• Lead the company’s digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Engage with like-minded IT partners to explore and leverage new technologies

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science & Information-Related Degrees
• Proficient in Java and VB.Net for software development
• Strong command over Oracle databases

· Support debt collection activities and follow up on overdue accounts.

· Assist in monitoring monthly debt collection performance, as well as investigate and resolve issues related to invoice non-payment.

· Prepare regular and monthly credit-related reports for the Finance Manager/Head of Department (HOD).

· Conduct aged balance reviews with the Finance Manager/HOD and follow up on recommended actions.

· Implement best practices and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of collection efforts, besides recommending improvements to credit risk measures, controls, and processes.

· Evaluate new credit requests and conduct credit checks on clients, while proposing and implementing credit terms for new clients.

· Collaborate with internal and external customers to build and maintain strong relationships.

· Negotiate payment plans and manage collections.

Job Requirements

· Diploma/Degree Holder in Accounting and Finance

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· Possess good communication skills with proactivity to follow up with customers.
