Job Subject Title: Facilities Management Technician

Job Summary:

· Facilities Technician

· Permanent role

· Basic range from $2200 to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

· 3 Rotating Shift

(AM,PM&Midnight), 9H shift, 3 rest day every 2weeks

· Location: CBD

Responsibilities

The Facilities Techinican ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintainance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshoooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace safety and Health (WSH) practices.

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control

Requirements

• Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
• No experience is welcome to apply (on job Training)
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
