Receptionist 1

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break

• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Receptionist 2

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:15am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break

• Fridays: 8:45am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
• Delivering superior food and beverage service with an understanding of north indian cuisine and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints

You will deliver a high-quality north indian menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
