Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Safety:

• Fetching students from nearby schools and bus-stop safely.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Monitor activities and provide appropriate guidance.

Academic & Holistic Support:

• Assist teachers in guidance on daily school homework, assignments and spellings.
• Assist teachers in conducting enrichment programmes for primary school students according to our syllabus that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Encourage a love for learning.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance.

Others:

• Ensure that the centre's facilities and materials are well-maintained.
• Sanitise and maintain good classroom hygiene and cleanliness.
• Manage other administrative & operational duties.

Qualifications:

• Singapore Citizen and PR only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with students.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment.

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Set Up Shopify POS System and Online Omnichanels
• Build engaging Shopify stores to boost sales and revenue.
• Design and customize Shopify themes per established benchmarks.
• Manage all aspects of eCommerce, collaborating with UI/UX teams for unique user experiences.
• Integrate platform APIs, marketing tools, and Shopify apps to optimize store performance.
• Test, debug, and enhance store functionality regularly.
• Provide technical support and quality assurance.
• Optimize the website to boost conversions.

Key Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Shopify's Admin System, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and Liquid for Shopify themes.
• Experience with Shopify APIs, third-party app integration, and custom theme development.
• Proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript frameworks, AJAX API, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with plugins, third-party services, and other eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Magento).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, team-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

· To interact with patients on daily basis for meal ordering

· To take patients’ meal orders

· To follow up with any changes to patients’ meals (New Admissions, Meal Amendments, etc.)

· To key in patients’ meal orders to meal ordering form

· To work with Food Services Vendor for patients’ meals

· Ensure patients’ meal orders are accurate

· Assist with daily operations in Food Services
