Job responsibilities:

Dedicated to exploring new frontiers, the NeuroPhenomics Lab integrates advanced techniques in genetics, epigenetics, and metabolomics at both single-cell and spatial levels. This approach allows for a detailed examination of tumor cell diversity and their interactions within the microenvironment. The lab also investigates neurometabolism, emphasizing the TCA cycle and IDH enzymes, and studies how metabolites affect the brain and tumor progression.

Aiming to bridge research and clinical application, the lab"s multi-dimensional strategy includes iPSCs, patient-derived organoids, transgenic models, and advanced imaging technologies. Responsibilities

The lab of RNA in Disease and Translational Technologies at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, A*STAR, Singapore is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Scientist or Senior Scientist to join a team developing a ribozyme-based RNA platform for potential translational and/or clinical applications.

The work will involve both in vitro and in vivo techniques, including molecular biology (RNA design, in vitro transcription, cell-free RNA assays, RT-qPCR, molecular cloning), cell biology (cell culture, cell transfection, flow cytometry, antisense oligonucleotides and RNAi, CRISPR), high-resolution imaging techniques, and experiments in mouse models (e.g. transgenesis, in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry, imaging and functional analyses)

Requirements

• Minimum Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Neuroscience or a related discipline.
• The successful candidate should have strong expertise in RNA biology, cell biology, biochemistry and molecular biology techniques, a strong publication record that includes a first author research paper, and strong scientific writing skills.

Summary

The OT Cyber Security Engineers is working in billion-dollar scale projects to safely and securely deliver the Digitalisation Strategy for our FPSO Facilities. Digital innovation requires operational technology (OT) systems to interact more and more with information technology (IT) systems. With the convergence of OT and IT Systems and network components comes increased Cyber security threats requiring focused attention and management.

You will be focusing on implementing and maintaining a defence in depth security posture and securely connecting previously isolated Systems and Equipment within OT networks to the Enterprise IT environment.

Additionally, to the OT integration piece, you will assist with the development and sustainment of robust processes and methodologies for data handling, which in-turn assists the management of tactical and strategic interactions between Technology & Autonomy and other business units across the organization.

Delineating the underlying molecular mechanisms and visualizing these interactions, the objective is to identify specific targets and develop targeted therapeutics.

The successful candidate will work on a couple of these projects, which involves 1. Design and development of an innovative strategy (RNAi-based) for therapeutic intervention of the target gene. 2. Evaluate the efficacy of the pharmaceutical composition by in-vitro assays, ex vivo and in vivo model systems.
