Admin:

• Attend to customers’ enquiries on our services and requirements through various channels such as phone calls, emails and text messages
• Address any complaints or issues faced by customers and resolve them in an effective and timely manner
• Establish good rapport and support to customers
• Work closely with the Operations Team
• Data Entries
• Support daily admin and operations when necessary
• Front desk and administration duties as and when required
