About the Role

The Medical Writer and Analyst positions are ideal for those with experience in scientific research and for enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who are seeking the opportunity to be part of a growing team. You will be based in our Singapore office working in our Asia-Pacific team, as well as collaborating with colleagues from our UK and US teams.

Medical Writers and Analysts work on projects involving the detailed analysis of data from clinical trials and the assimilation and creative presentation of this analysis in different formats including posters, slide sets, value dossiers, reports and peer-reviewed publications. These deliverables are used directly by our clients in communication with external stakeholders instrumental to the successful uptake of novel therapies. The work is structured on a project-by-project basis and you will usually be working on several projects in different disease areas at any one time.

  Our literature review and synthesis projects involve the identification of clinical, economic and real-world evidence to support the value of a pharmaceutical product or medical device. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. You will gain a thorough understanding of how to conduct various kinds of evidence review from searching to interpretation of statistical results and ensuring that the reviews conform to industry guidelines where applicable. About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. These divisions are broadly described as Evidence Development, Medical Communications and Market Access. The Project Coordinator will be primarily based in our Evidence Development division, but will work cross-divisionally, giving them the opportunity to explore a wide variety of project types and responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role are varied. In a typical week, the majority of your time will be spent overseeing the delivery of scientific work to our clients in the healthcare sector, with responsibility for the smooth running of projects. The Software Tester manages processes and personnel to conduct quality assurance testing. The Software Tester develops effective and efficient methods throughout the QA process, and collaborates with various teams to ensure a high-quality product.

Responsibilities:

· To develop, establish, and enforce quality assurance standards and measures for the course of software development lifecycles

· Works with the end users, Business Analysts (BAs), Designers and Development Team to define/iterate the test coverage plan to ensure the test scenarios and test cases are scalable and sufficient

· Provide testing effort estimation for sprint features.

· Conduct system integration tests with external systems and generate test reports by applying proven analytical / problem-solving skills

· Development and maintain requirement traceability matrix

· Works with end users to ensure complete and thorough execution of UAT

· Coordinates with Development Team to ensure bugs are resolved timely and identifies bug root cause

· Analyses bugs trend and fine tune QA processes to improve overall quality of the product

· Develops and fine tunes QA processes and working agreement with stakeholders through regular retrospectives

· Share the findings/improvements with the team and end users

· Works with Delivery Team to plan, schedule and execute regression for every product release

· Works with end users to prepare acceptance documentation for project sign off.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred with minimum 5 years of working experience. Advantage for applicants with:

1) BIM (Building Information Modelling / Management) experience

2) Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional or Certified Software Quality Analyst

· Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM) for tracking defects and managing test cases.

· Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL) for test automation and data validation.

· Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

· Experience in API Testing

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processing is advantageous.
• Proficient in data entry and record management, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Ability to speak and write in Chinese is required, as the incumbent will liaise with counterparts at the China HQ for project-related matters.

- Perform service recovery where necessary

Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
- Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
- Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
- Good communication skills
