The Deputy M&E Manager (Buildings) is responsible for leading the M&E Coordinators and Supervisors in the planning, coordination and effective installation of M&E services based on project scope and requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all provision requirements as specified in tender documents are fully met.
• Liaise with statutory agencies, client, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site.
• Identify key design and delivery issues / solutions or risks. Resolve any technical or design related issues with the relevant stakeholders in a prompt and effective manner.
• Involved in reviewing M&E tender documents and highlight contractual requirements including the proposal for value engineering.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients / developers, sub-contractor and suppliers.
• Manage interfaces and coordination works, design and construction of transit projects with all Nominated Sub-Contractor (NSC)
• Monitor and control M&E costs within the project budget
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience with A1 main contractor and has managed large scale projects with project value at least $100million and above
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in managing team
• Strong technical and design knowledge in terms of various M&E systems and services
• Candidates is required to have project experience in data centers, commercial buildings or other buildings projects
• Possess effective analytical, problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure, fast and dynamic environment

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing.

• At least 6 months of work experience

• Registration with Singapore Nursing Board and valid practising license.

• Valid BCLS and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient consult appointment and surgery booking, from financial counselling, scheduling, pre-operation tests and assessment and preparation to post surgery patient management.

• Support and assist the Specialists during clinic consults and during surgeries.

• Perform scrubbing, circulating duties and also assistant to the surgeon and anaesthetist during surgery.

• Monitor, observe and assess patients during surgery and post-surgery to reduce risk and injuries to patients.

• Competent in assisting patient resuscitation and compliance to intraoperative infection control practices.

• Perform checks on emergency trolley, defibrillator and anaesthesia machine to ensure critical equipment are in good functioning condition.

• Manage the use of controlled drugs and do drug count.

• Perform nursing procedures competently (e.g. venepuncture, cannulation, instrument sterilisation, wound dressing, etc.).

• Maintain effective communication with patients.

• Attend to patients' feedback.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or Supervisor.

Work Life Balance:

5.5 days work week Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 6 pm Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
