The College Nurse will oversee the provision of a clinically effective and high quality nursing care and welfare service to students, and First Aid care to all members of the school community as required. Duties and Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer contributes actively to the programme needs of MINDS Future Care Planning (FCP) Services under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS).  CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that responds to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. The programme executive will work in synergy with various direct community services to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

 He/she will be involved in the planning, coordinating and executing of programme events and activities that suit the needs of families of persons with intellectual and developmental needs. He/she will contribute actively to FCP Services and work with team to ensure the efficient running of FCP programmes which will include working with caregivers on planning for the future, life coaching and life planning. The Board Secretary has overall responsibility for a range of administrative, compliance and strategic functions to support the School’s Board of Governors in discharging their duties with regards to its legal company - German European School Singapore (Deutsche Europaeische Schule Singapur).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

3. Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

4. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

6. Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

7. Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractor’s activities at project sites.

8. Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.

9. Ensure that all M&E works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

10. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans, quality control mechanisms are being used and results are conformed to specifications.

11. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to consultants for approval.

12. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

13. Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the project site.

• To carry out instrumentation related detailed design and preparation of drawing
• To interpret and develop P&ID, technical data sheet preparation and I/O wiring diagram
• To carry out instrumentation calculation for the design
• Responsible for reviewing of instrumentation documents and specification from clients and consultants
• To check and review all instrumentation related drawings and documents from suppliers and vendors
• To liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors to resolve technical issue at site and in office
• To co-ordinate with engineers of other disciplines within the department
• To prepare Pre-procurement including evaluation of technical and commercial bid from vendor and supplier
• To provide engineering support in tendering of new projects such as preliminary design, material and cost esimates etc
• To provide technical support to project team for on-going projects and resolve any technical issue on site
• To assist in preparation of project schedule, related work procedure/method of statement and monthly progress claim.
