Job Summary

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Job Highlights

Salary: Up to $4300 per month

Contract Duration: 6 months

Working Location: Nearest to Newton MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours

Job Descriptions

• Plan, manage and co-ordinate all the HR functions so as to ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Deliver HR solutions and strategies, such as organisation design, that are aligned to achieve the strategic objectives of the line departments
• Partner the HR policy teams to develop, implement and evaluate HR policies
• Recruit talents via engagement, attraction and outreach, including the coordination/support of interviews and postings
• Compile and analyse manpower statistics for reporting and surveys
• Attend to HR related requests or queries from external and internal stakeholders
• Handle procurement paperwork for HR services and projects
• Review and streamline work processes
• Drive employer branding initiatives and any other ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Only Singaporean need to apply.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Partnering or related disciplines.
• Experience in recruitment spectrum, specifically in interviewing and shortlisting skillset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
