Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons using Montessori or Waldorf principles, including hands-on activities like baking.
- Develop and refine child-centered curriculum materials in alignment with the school’s philosophy.
- Maintain a technology-free environment to encourage creative, experiential learning.
- Collaborate with your team to create a positive, nurturing learning atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) or Waldorf teacher certification.
- Experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and experiential learning methods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Details:
- Start Date: December 2024 or January 2025
- Working Hours: Weekdays only, NO WEEKEND WORK!
- Interview Process: Maximum of two rounds
- Team Size: Join a supportive team of 8 educators
