WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to People Solutions Service Manager based in Singapore. You will be working with a diverse work population that spans across Asia Pacific, partnering regularly with People Solutions experts that help with the heavy lifting of complicated cases. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role is the front door to HR services at Nike. Job Description

The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. Through its main hub in Singapore, the Centre will engage in multi-disciplinary research to promote women’s health, including a series of diet and lifestyle intervention studies.

Purpose of the role

The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. Responsibilities include development, implementation and monitoring of meal plans, educating participants as needed, collecting dietary data, and performing administrative duties to ensure the studies’ success and compliance. The staff will work closely with Principal Investigators of intervention studies, collaborate closely with the research team, food service team, and other relevant stakeholders, as well as undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Centre’s Director as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The staff will hold a few key responsibilities, including

(1) Intervention study coordinator:

• Recruit and interview study participants for the intervention study
• Implement methods for collecting dietary data, including detailed food intake records and compliance monitoring.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate participants' nutritional status and document any deviations from prescribed diets.

(2) Nutritional Intervention study monitoring:

• Monitor food/nutrient composition for meals developed for intervention study
• Collaborate with the research team to integrate nutritional components into the study design and ensure alignment with research objectives.
• Liaise and coordinate with the Food Service team, providing diet requirements, and assisting in menu and recipe development and analysis as required

Main Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Watchfully responds to client inquiries in a professional manner and ensures that concerns are addressed quickly and completely

2. Gathers customer information thoroughly and effectively, accesses and satisfies client demands

3. Educates the salon customers based on their real needs during their visit to the shop

4. Provides professional customer support with a forthcoming mindset for customers to keep coming back and avoid unpleasant future encounters

5. Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

6. Attends to and communicates promptly to address customers’ queries at the most excellent approach

7. Acknowledges and resolves customer feedback and concerns

8. Communicates and coordinates with team and management

9. Ensures customer satisfaction and increases customer retention

10. Gathers customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement

11. Provides feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or relevant fields

· Mimimum three (3) management experience in customer-service-related capacity

· High degree of professionalism in customer service

· High standards of customer communication skills

· Prior experience in the logistic preferred

· Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Manager at Coval Technologies in Singapore. The Research and Development Manager will be responsible for leading R&D projects, managing research teams, and overseeing project execution. They will provide team leadership and contribute to the development of innovative nano coating technologies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years' experience with track record in formulating / developing new coating products with commercial release.
• Experience working with solvent-based paint chemistry
• Leadership abilities
• Experience in paint additive chemistry
• Project Management expertise
• Experience in industrial coating performance standards such as ISO, ASTM., etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive innovation and creativity in a team setting
• Experience in nanotechnology or surface coatings is a plus
• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred

Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Work with IT team on Cyber Security best practices and measures
• Pre-empt possible IT intrusions and risks
• Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams related to Cybersecurity
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Level 2 onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop computers, and Windows servers, including hardware issues
• Deploy and configure desktops and laptops & Servers
• Perform service and maintenance of Desktops/Laptops/Servers/NAS to upkeep their performance
• Support hosting customers on email issues and password resets
• Troubleshoot router/firewall/copiers issues
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Phone/email/remote support via TeamViewer for users
• Travel to different customer sites on a regular basis

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development, IT infrastructure, testing, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Interviews and counsels patients and their families to help them with their psycho-social problems.
• Communicates with medical staff, nurses, other health-care professionals to discuss plans for total patient management.
• Liaises with other government departments, social services organisations or private agencies to meet patients' needs.
• Maintains case records on patients.
• Participates in the orientation of new staff.
• Represents department on committees of statutory, voluntary and community organisation providing social services.
• Attends supervision session, department meetings, case conference and training workshops and seminars.
• Carries out psycho-social research and relevant special projects.
• Visits patients' homes to assess social conditions and family dynamics, counsels and gives support.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent, preferably with Honours degree or Masters.
• Preferably a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with Social Work Accreditation Board.
• Prior experience in social work or the social agency setting is preferred.
• Good counselling and communication skills.

Job Description

• Gift Processing Administration: Oversee and manage the administration of gift processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
• Crafting Writeups: Develop compelling and well-structured write-ups for funding needs, communicating effectively with stakeholders to support the Office's initiatives.
• Event and Logistics Administration: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Student Life Office events. Manage logistics to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
• Finance and Procurement: Support and handle procurement for Student Life Office events and submit and process finance claims.
• Other Duties: Support various events organized by the Student Life Office and the school, and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline: At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Excellent Command of English: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
