Job Description

1. To successfully manage the Preparation of Civil Construction Safety Submission (CNSS), Civil Design Safety Submission (CDSS) and Project Safety Review (PSR)

2. Present at LTA’s project Safety committee Meeting (PSCM) for review of CNSS

4. Preparation and submission of documentations of Civil Design safety, Construction Safety and Project Safety reviews to LTA

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to lead and oversee the strategic management and optimization of our HRIS platform. Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management & Optimization

· Lead the administration and ongoing optimization of the HRIS (e.g., Workday / SAP / SuccessFactors / PeopleSoft, etc.), ensuring its alignment with business objectives and HR needs.

Project Management

· Manage and prioritize multiple HRIS-related projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with organizational goals.
