• Working closely with the Team Leader to develop BIM Model based on project protocols and client expectation
• Capable to communicate internally among the team members and coordinate task and issues to keep up team working
• Facilitate clash resolution process in terms of modelling and adjustment under Engineers guidance
• Develop BIM model in compliance with Office and project standards to keep models up-and-running
• Help prepare and coordinate working construction drawings like plans, sections and details with using BIM Platform
• Produce Revit model from notes/sketches and able to maintain drafting standards for projects.
• Create drawing submittal packages in appropriate size as required.
• Works closely with project managers and other disciplines to plan and prepare construction drawings and provide support as necessary.
• Provide support to the project team in duties related to BIM
• Performs other related duties as assigned/required and appropriate to this position.

Job requirements:

Requirement:

• Holds Bachelor/ Master Degree in Civil Engineering
• Have more than 8 years of site experiences

Handling inward and outward documentation for vessels.

Preparing stowage plans and sailing schedule to optimize cargo loading and vessel movements.

Boarding vessels to handover documents, collect reports, and meet with the Master and crew to discuss operational matters.

Coordinating with various stakeholders such as port authorities, agents, and other departments to resolve operational issues.

Providing support to the operations team.

About The Role

As the Senior Manager, he/ she will be based at one of the Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore to assist the Site Lead to undertake the portfolio in managing the non-medical team. Leading the team, he/she will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. He/she will work closely with the institution users and ALPS vendors to support the institution’s daily operations for patient care.

• Experience in a supervisory role or leading project across functional teams, procurement cycle and governance in procurement
• Proficiency in using eProcurement tools, SAP MM is advantageous
• Possess strong interpersonal communication, good organisation skills, proactive analytical and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrates sense of integrity and transparency
• Possess excellent planning & prioritisation, judgement and decision making

Key Summary

To support various routine finance functions within the Finance team. This is a Part-Time position for a 3 days work week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable, review and post vendor invoices received in the system.
• Verify all supporting documents for vendor payments to ensure that it is properly authorized and in accordance with the Foundation’s policies and procedures.
• Allocate monthly Grab expenses to relevant cost centers.
• Liaise with internal staff and/or external vendors on payment matters.
• Perform monthly Accounts Receivables (AR) sub-systems reconciliation.
• Handle the issuance of tax-deductible receipts (TDR) to donors.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• Timely processing of vendor payments, ensuring all supporting documents are provided in the system.
• Grab transport expenses are allocated to relevant cost centers timely and accurately.
• Reconciliation of AR sub-systems is completed timely and accurately.
• TDRs are issued timely and accurately.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• 1-2 Years' of accounting experience
