Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient and easily maintainable code.
• Translating software requirements into stable,working, high performance software.
• Ensure that software packages and programs are well documented and has reasonable test coverage.
• Collaborate closely with other internal technical teams/business users in investigating, testing and deployments.
• Responsible for handling Release Management, raising Change Request and scheduling for the implementation of fixes and enhancements.
• Root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members.
• Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
• Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on Platform.
• Analyze application performance, perform tuning and ensure high availability & stability of platform.

Mandatory Must-have Tech Skills/ Framework:

Back End (BE): Java + Spring + Spring Boot + Microservices

Front End (FE): JavaScript + TypeScript + Redux + Web Components (optional: lit-element).

Full stack: Java + Spring + JavaScript

a) Design, plan, support, and maintain DB Infrastructure build and operations to meet or exceed stipulated SLA b) Monitor DB Infrastructure performance and resolution of technical problems

c) Lead, prioritize and manage a DB Infrastructure team to effectively provide implementation and operations support to projects to meet or exceed SLA

d) Identify and resolve highly complex system DB Infrastructure issues that may require establishment of new techniques, tools and processes

e) Proactively analyze internal/external business challenges/regulatory issues and recommend improvements

f) Required to be on standby 24x7 on-site or on-call after office hours, weekends and public holidays for operational or implementation projects

g) Savvy in troubleshooting complex problems

h) Resourceful in understanding issues or learning new skills

i) Possess good team work and able to provide clear instructions, guidance as well as knowledge sharing to the team

j) Have Oracle DB skillset

• At least 4-5 years of relevant SAP QM and PP, authorization experience in manufacturing environment (Chemical industry preferred) and SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA.
• Have strong integration working experience and knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules.
• Preferable SAP certification in QM/PP module and basis knowledge in SAP report development (ABAP) and form development.
• Must have at least two full life-cycle SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 and / or SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) or greenfield implementation
• Strong understanding of QM and PP functionalities and able to apply them to business issues and have hands-on experience in configuring them. Should have good integration experience in SD/MM/PP. Knowledge of integration between IBP, BW and ECC will have advantage
• Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload with little to no supervision.

Job Overview:

The Sales Manager for Southeast Asia will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding The Company's market presence in the SEA region. This individual will lead business development efforts, manage customer relationships, and develop strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders across multiple sectors. The role will involve direct selling, as well as collaboration with channel partners, to achieve sales targets in line with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve The Company's growth objectives in the SEA region, focusing on key industries such as financial services, command & control centers, and other mission-critical environments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets within SEA.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of The Company’s solutions, positioning them as tailored offerings to meet customer needs.

Revenue Growth & Targets:

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
• Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements, ensuring successful closure and favorable terms.
• Regularly update forecasts and sales pipelines to maintain accurate projections.

Client Management & Development:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at both new and existing customers.
• Conduct regular client meetings to identify evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Channel Partner Management:

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• 7+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the IT, telecommunications, or control room solutions sectors.

• Experience working with complex sales cycles and high-value contracts.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of sales and account management principles, with a strategic approach to market development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
