Job Description

• Install, repair, test & commission cable systems (voice/data/fibre optics)
• Performs termination and testing of new cabling
• Prepare / Install cable pathways & supports
• Assist in the preparation of tools & materials used for daily work assignments
• Troubleshoot cabling system issues & perform repairs & maintenance
• Assist co-workers with installation & routine maintenance of structured cabling systems
• Work closely with client to manage schedule operations of assigned duties.

Requirements

• NITEC (Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology/ Electronic / IT ) or work- related experience
• Class 3 driving license would be advantageous

As a Senior Principal, you’ll be a prominent member of the team. That’s why we’re looking for a high achiever with great track record who can lead by example and get the best out of others. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in new client acquisition from leads generation to negotiating terms to secure exclusive relationships and retain existing business in order to continuously develop your business area.
• Handle a range of clients and take responsibility for key relationships, ensuring we deliver on all client expectations and our SLAs
• Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, including the development and delivery of short and long-term recruitment campaigns
• Source, select and match high quality candidates, ensuring only the best are put forward to our clients for interview
• Provide guidance to other team members on all aspects of recruitment, mentoring less experienced colleagues
• Support your manager in identifying team and individual areas for development, deputising for them in their absence

About you

• Minimum 10 years of prior recruitment experience in a recruitment agency environment is mandatory, specialising in HR recruitment.
