You will work within the Digital & Data Team within Strategic Advisory Department whilst collaborating with teams within our Transport and Building sectors, both in the UK and worldwide. Some travel to UK and overseas projects may be required.

What you will contribute to the team

• Provide high value consultancy to customers at the enterprise, programme and project level.

Essential

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent education and work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the application of IT, digital and data in aviation, and of airport operations more generally, is a must.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Specific knowledge of Enterprise Architecture across the business architecture modelling, Business Architecture, Systems of Systems Architecture, Solutions Architecture & Data Architecture.
• Experience in the use of a variety of Enterprise Architecture tools, and their application to different types of programmes and organisation.
• Experience of both On Premise and Cloud technology and their use in provision of critical IT solutions
• Extensive professional experience, for example, previous work within management consultancy, systems integrator, with a supplier or an in-house role in which you have gained exposure to aviation digital project(s)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Life Coaches provides training, intervention and assistance to Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PwIDs) to enhance their community living and independent living skills. They also work closely with caregivers and PwIDS in discussing future care plans and building up their support network with the support of social workers and community partners.

Community-Based Support Services (CSS) is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that responds to emerging needs of PwIDs and Caregivers in the community. Other services include Me Too! Club, Home Based Care Services, Caregivers Support Services, Special Student Care Centres and Disability Case Management Programme, MINDS Clinic to enhance community inclusion and participation of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

As part of the Future Care Planning Team, the Life Coaches play a pivotal role in the training and well-being of PwIDS towards independence. Using a person-centred approach, he/she works towards improving their independent living and confidence to access the community with the final goal of enhancing the clients quality of life.

He/she maintains up-to-date documentation of clients' conditions and learning progress. He/She regularly provides inputs for the development and review of future care plans.
