Responsibilities:

• Provide imaging services (X-rays and/or Ultrasound) as requested by referring physicians or as allowed by statutory regulations.
• Responsible for management of processes in relation to X-ray and/or Ultrasound, including but is not limited to: equipment, materials, documents, records and premises.
• Perform quality assurance tests and maintenance duties of machinery.
• Perform administrative duties such as registration, process flow, record keeping, answering of phone calls and queries, collation of reports and appointment scheduling.
• Work closely with Radiologists, Referring Physicians and Clinical Staff to ensure patients’ needs are met.
• Adhere to strict infection prevention and control guidelines.

Requirements:

• MUST be registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Minimum a Degree in Medical Imaging Science/ Radiography or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage distribution and taking care of all vehicles

2. Ensure that drivers do not misuse vehicles

3. Update daily deployment records

4. Manage a fleet of lorries

5. Responsible for route analysis to optimize delivery successful rate and efficiency in collection/return from/to yard, collection/delivery to customers & sending in/out of Port

6. Plan and schedule daily jobs based on delivery priorities through our system

7. Track driver movement to ensure the most efficient deployment of drivers

8. Coordinate the inspection of lorries

9. Maintain good relation with customers and coordinate closely with drivers and customer service department to ensure smooth daily operation for transportation

10. Coordinate and mobilize the relevant vendors and internal staff to resolve hiccups & urgent requests in service (e.g. unexpected events of traffic jam, tire puncture, accidents etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; a diploma in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management is an advantage.

2. Proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related role.

3. Strong knowledge of route planning and optimisation techniques for delivery and collection.

4. Proficiency in using logistics or fleet management systems to schedule and monitor jobs.

5. Ability to track driver movements and ensure efficient deployment of resources.

6. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and inspection processes.

7. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities effectively.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges, such as traffic delays, accidents, or equipment failures.

9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining positive relationships with customers, drivers, and internal departments.

10. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
