About the role:

The client’s Manufacturing Communications team is looking for a Site Communications Specialist to join their Singapore site within the Manufacturing Division. Key responsibilities include supporting and advising site colleagues/leaders in their communication efforts, enhancing content management and development, utilizing various communication channels, and implementing innovative solutions to engage both “wired” and “non-wired” manufacturing employees. Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Fresh graduate with strong background in related engineering discipline will also be considered

Main Job duties & Responsibilities

• To operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process customer’s orders for timely and accurate fulfilment

• Ensure proper records of client transactions for accurate billing
• Conduct billing for customers
• Scanning & filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
• To highlight to supervisor on any problems encountered in the course of their duties
