Job Summary:

Responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and rebuilding assemblies, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring proper inventory and waste disposal. Handles cleaning tasks with chemicals and equipment, including packing and shipping cleaned parts to the required departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismantling of parts from PM assemblies and packaging them for external cleaning.

• Performing assembly cleaning in chemical hoods.

• Cleaning ceramic insulators using chemical solutions (10/90 IPA) and Carbolite Oven.

• Cleaning metal parts with chemical (10/90 IPA) and DI water.

• Disposal of scrapped parts, solvents, and acid waste according to safety protocols.

• Conducting monthly preventive maintenance (PM) on chemical hoods.

• Preparing kitting items (F10N, F10X, F10A cages).

• Checking inventory levels of parts and materials.

• Maintaining housekeeping standards in the work area.

• Updating daily activities in the tracking system.

• Creating and updating parts information in the parts tracking system.

• Preparing shipping documents with MICRON TM assistance.

Requirements:

•NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or automation-related fields.

•Certificates from technical or vocational education with relevant course of study

•preferably relevant to automation-related fields.

•Fresh Graduate with Learning mind is welcome.

•Preferably with working experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment

• Establish a professional communication with our co-living residents, including managing tenancy related enquiries, requests, pre-termination and lease transfers
• Manage tenancy related documentations including tenancy agreements, personal information and rental collection particulars of the residents, security deposits and other important documents.
