Position Summary

This is a newly created senior leadership position combing two sales teams to benefit from synergies across a wider geographical area and to be more closely aligned with the APAC Sales and Account Management organizational structure. Core Requirements

• Extensive PMO experience in core banking, trade finance, or corporate lending projects.
• Proven ability to independently lead PMO tasks.
• Experience in the banking industry (as an employee or consultant) and familiarity with package system implementations.

Specialized Requirements (Must-Have)

• Trade Finance PMO:Strong expertise in trade finance, preferably with experience in implementing systems like CGITrade360.
  
• Corporate Lending PMO:Deep knowledge of corporate lending, preferably with experience in systems like ACBS.
  

Responsibilities:

• To manage & oversee overall F&B operation & inventories
• To upkeep cafe housekeeping, general cleanliness and hygiene
• To assist in taking care of cafe cats including grooming, feeding & cleaning
• To assist in customer service & orientation
• To assist in preparing, serving of food/beverages & cashiering
• Other ad-hoc duties required

Requirements:

• Comfortable with cats & able to recognize cat’s behaviour & handling practices

Job Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.

· Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and drink orders.

· Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

· Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining.

· Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and polite manner.

· Process bills and handle payments accurately at the counter.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

· Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment.

· Collect guest feedback and report to management to improve service quality.

· Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.

· Other ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned by Director or Chef.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Accounts

Collect documents (invoices, receipts & etc) from hotel and ensure documents are complete and accurate.

Follow up with the hotel if there are missing or incomplete documents.

Enter collected documents and their details into accounting system and verify that all information is accurately reflected in the system.

Process vendor invoices, perform matching to ensure proper documentation and prepare payments to vendors

Maintain full set of accounts for hotel (revenue reconciliation, bank reconciliation, AR/AP Ageing report, and etc)

To prepare for monthly accounting journal entries

To ensure proper filing of accounts documentations and supporting documents.

Assist in payroll processing for hotel staff, including calculating hours worked and managing deductions.

Prepare financial reports specific to hotel operations, such as daily revenue summaries

Proficient in Excel

Perform any other accounting/finance duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.

Admin

Keep Track of staffs leave record

Apply work permits

Requirements:

· Minimum ‘Higher Nitec /Dipolma

· Basis accounting knowledge will be added advantage. Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly valued.

· Able to multi task and work efficiently. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
