Job Requirements:

• Infant Care Teacher - Min. ACEY (EY2) / HCIC (EY1) / CIT with EYDF completed
• Assistant Infant Care Teacher - Ongoing ACEY / HCIC course or relevant experience

Job Scope:

• Monitoring learning progress of students
• Building good rapport with parents, staff and students
• Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
• Guide, motivate and monitor Assistant Teacher/Classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks
• Follow assigned work shift patterns of the center

1. Infant Care Teacher $2,800-$3,600

• Monitoring learning progress of students
• Building good rapport with parents, staff and students

• Guide, motivate and monitor Assistant Teacher/Classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks

2. Assistant Infant Care Teacher $2,000-$2,800

• To supporting the main Infant Care teachers. NOT required to take on teaching responsibilities
• To provide routine care for the of infants from 2 months - 18 months old
• Create a classroom environment that is safe, joyful and conducive for Infant’s development
• Attend to the health, hygiene and safety needs of the infants

• Position : Executive Secretarial Assistant
• Working Location : Suntec Tower, Singapore
• Working Day : 5 Days, 9 – 6 PM
• Salary Budget: $5,000 - $6,500 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Claims

Summary:

• To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
• Reporting and supporting the Executive Director and will work closely with and supporting the principal
• Ideal candidates from trust consultancy firm / trust administrator / legal secretary are highly preferred.
• Experience in handling trust and legal documents are must.
• Assist principal (Hong Kong Lady based at Canada) & Director (Singaporean) in going through legal documents from law firm and reply lawyer if have any omission.

Job Duties:

• Assist in providing administrative support / services as well as solutions meeting the needs for the Company and the Group.
• Assist in creating, formatting, and proofread documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
• Transcript of voice recording of meetings / phone conferences.
• Draft, review & comments emails / agreements / documents for Executive director’s consideration.
• Comfortable to identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
• Record and monitor deadlines, update status and tracking internal database / reports of relevant tasks / project assigned.
• Administer and maintain databases / files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digitally).
• Assist in office management.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by Executive Director
