Scope of work:

• General administrative tasks such as typing, printing, checking and filing, issuing of items in school, etc

• Attend to all general queries, e.g. telephone and walk-in queries

• Data entry

• At least 2 years of experience in administration.

One Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

• Fridays: 7am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

And another personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Wednesdays, Fridays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

• Thursdays: 8am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

Role:

• Assist the Senior Technical Manager in overseeing the technical operations of a fleet of tankers.
• Manage daily maintenance and repair activities, budget survey schedules, and docking operations.
• Maintain updated records of class status and coordinate with Classification Societies, Suppliers, and Contractors for daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements under ISM, ISPS, and MLC.
• Monitor, coordinate, and attend vessel inspections by oil majors, statutory surveys, and follow up on related matters.
• Conduct and report on incident/accident investigations.

Requirements:

• Sea-going experience as a Marine Engineer on Chemical and Oil Tankers and atleast 2 years of shore experience as technical superintendent or fleet manager.
• MOT Engineer Certification (Class 1).
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice as needed.

Salary
• Monday - Thursday: $14/hr

• Friday - Sunday: $16/hr

3. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the Sales

• Assist the Store PIC in the areas of cashiering and customer service to achieve the sales goals and other KPIs of the Store.
• Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers.
• Maintain a tight control on discounting and giveaways/ discontinued products.
• Ensure all monies and sales transactions are accordance to the operation procedures.

Daily Cashiers Duties

• Establish or identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers or optical price scanners and process the sales quickly and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit cards, cheques, voucher or automatic debit transactions and issuance of receipts, refunds credits or change to customers and ensuring all credit card process payments are adhered to with proper authorization.
• Safeguard the Point of Sales and at the end of the shift, to balance the amount of money taken in with the total sales recorded.
• Responsible for cashiers documentation and proper cash record and filing.
• Identifies and surface price discrepancies and system malfunctions and contacts superior.
• Manages incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and greetings.

Achieve High Service Standards

• Keep abreast of sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
• Maintain and uphold the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.
• Be responsible to collect Customer Registration Card as per storetarget.

• Work together with Managers and floor to manage inventory and minimize stock losses.

• Maintain orderly appearance of the register area.
• Ensure general POS counter housekeeping and maintenance is at acceptable standards.
• Ensure proper care for stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.

Personal Development

• Have and maintain at all times integrity and accuracy in the handling of money and company assets.  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, training and participating in the food preparation and daily kitchen culinary activities and required standards and specifications
• Manage the day-to-day production of cooked-food preparations, while taking into account customer delivery requirements, food safety standards, and cost implications.
• Develop and implement production processes to optimize the use of raw materials while producing high quality and cost-effective cooked-food preparations
• Ensure the preparation of food is in accordance with customer standards, nutritional guidelines, and health regulations.
• Monitor daily production, taking into account raw material quality, machine hygiene, and product quality, and plan corrective actions if needed.
• Assist with the development of menus, recipes, costing, and nutritional information for all products.
• Monitor the waste management for the kitchen and ensure that safety, cleanliness, and food-handling regulations are always observed
• Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff and supervise their work in order to ensure a high-quality standard of food throughout production.
• Develop new menu items in collaboration with the food product developers.
• Monitor the equipment to ensure it is in safe operational condition.
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring variety and quality of the servings
• Manage operations, budgeting, food and labour costing, forecasting, stock control, resource planning, staffing, inventory and waste management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree
• 5 years of hands on cooking experience in Indian Kitchen
• Previous experience in making cooked-food preparations (e.g. frozen dinners)
• Preferable with experience in a prepared foods or manufacturing setting and handle high volume service
• Knowledge of all facets of the production process from start to finish.
• Working knowledge of product ingredient composition and nutrition values.
• Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and handle any related issues related to production.
• Knowledgeable about properties and usage of herbs and spices in food preparation
• Willingness to experiment with local ingredients, international flavors, and new recipes
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary
• Must be able to do overtime whenever required.
• Must possess a lot of stamina and will power to be able to stand for long hours and work for extended hours too in order to experiment in creating new dishes.
