Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions in compliance with local and group standards.
• Implement and ensure compliance with corporate internal control requirements.
• Assist in various projects, including digitization efforts to enhance finance processes and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close for the group, adhering to internal and external reporting timelines, including statutory and SGX reporting.
• Review full set of consolidated accounts.
• Review monthly management reports and perform/review variance analysis.
• Collaborate with regional business and country teams to ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting.
• Prepare quarterly business highlights and half-yearly results announcements for SGX reporting.
• Manage local statutory audits and liaise with local professional advisors.
• Coordinate and drive budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management for the regions.
• Provide financial analyses to support regional management and participate in strategic planning

Requirement

• 3-5 years of accounting/finance/tax experience preferably in MNCs and/or Big 4 firms
