Job Summary:

The Senior Accounting Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, maintaining general ledger accuracy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

You will comply with MOH’s requirements for monthly Casemix and Subvention data submission, quarterly submission of Financial Performance Report and any other reports by ensuring proper accounting, accrual and reconciliation of all subvention revenue including tracking and follow up on cash disbursements. You will assist in data analysis and leverage on data from MOH and the cluster data warehouse to extract relevant data for analysis and allocation and to develop data visualisation dashboards for management reporting and performance management as well as develop relevant reports for the purpose of gaining new insights and decision making.

In addition, you will assist to collate information in the National Costing Exercise for the purpose of reporting and analysis.
