Responsibilities:

Design mould, tooling and test socket solutions based on customer specifications, semiconductor packages, and testing requirements.

Utilize CAD tools (such as CREO, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.

Ensure designs meet mechanical, thermal, and electrical performance requirements for high-precision semiconductor testing.

Select appropriate materials, tolerances, and manufacturing methods to ensure product durability, precision, and cost-effectiveness.

Able to carry out the R&D of new test socket whenever the market trend is needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing test sockets, jigs, fixtures, and other related components for semiconductor testing.

Proficiency in & Hands-on experience with CAD software for mechanical design and simulation (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD).

Understanding of semiconductor testing processes and requirements (ATE – Automated Test Equipment).

Strong mechanical design and analytical skills.

A relevant engineering degree refers to an engineering degree from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies that are relevant to the maintenance and / or continuing airworthiness of aircraft / aircraft components. This can be replaced by a minimum of ten years of experience covering an appropriate combination of experience in tasks related to aircraft maintenance and / or continuing airworthiness management and / or surveillance of such tasks.
• hold a valid Part 66 B1/B2/C licence, or equivalent,
