Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years of experiences in Marine Project Management holding the same designation
• Good management and leadership skills
• Have own vehicle to travel to site inspection when needed
• Able to travel overseas for short trip when required

Job Description

• Comply with the specifications, control and monitoring the activities
• Responsible for quality control of all painting works, including standards and procedures etc.
• Prepare documentation like painting procedures, ITP, galvanizing procedures, or any other procedures specified by clients
• Review painting specifications from paint manufacturer
• Take the ambient conditions in the chamber and modules with proper intervals and keep records
• Arrange qualification test for Blasters/Painters and certify them
• Check for calibration date of the measuring device, to arrange for recalibration if it expires
• Inspection notification to be sent to respective clients on time
• Pre-inspect modules at each stage and ensure quality meets the specification
• Prepare painting reports on time with approval from clients
• Coordinate with external party for technical details

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations in the same field
• At least NACE Level II Coating Inspector certified
• Knowledge of blasting and painting operation
• Understand and able to interpret technical drawing and paint specification
• Detailed understanding of contractual, commercial, safety, technical, quality aspects and their application
• Able to work under pressure and respond to changes in short notice

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze samples to ensure they meet specification standards.
• Ensure oil products meet customer specifications before delivery.
• Perform checks on samples at different production stages and provide timely feedback to relevant departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lab.
• Prepare chemical reagents as instructed, ensuring accuracy.
• Calibrate and maintain QC equipment as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and risk control measures as per WSH guidelines.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Candidate without experience are welcome as training will be provided
• Able to perform Morning and Afternoon Shift work
