Responsible to perform general engineering tasks of design and drawing creation, engineering specifications and standards creation, produce material purchase specifications, application of Licensor technical requirements, general calculations required in engineering tasks, administration of engineering documents, support testing and promote efficiency and ease of operations throughout the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR initiatives.
• Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and succession planning, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes to drive performance excellence.
• Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
• Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement.

Requirements:

• · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant Fields.
• · Experience: At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in Energy, Utilities or Engineering sector.
• · Skills: Analytical, meticulous, logical, resourceful, driven, independent, problem-solver and strong stakeholder management.
