Primary Function of the Position:

The Customer Trainer will report directly to the Training Manager for their region.  This training professional will deliver da Vinci® System technology training and facilitate surgeon-led training for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from a variety of surgical specialties including urology, gynecology, general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery.  The Customer Trainer will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide support for customer training, engineering and training research initiatives.

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper who will manage daily financial transactions, ensure proper account reconciliation, and assist in the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions in XERO accounting software
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with tax regulations
• Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Provide support in tax preparation and compliance, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
• Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and records
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
• Prepare expense claims for leadership team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in XERO accounting software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of payroll processing and tax preparation is a plus

As a Product Manager with the Global Ads Product Strategy Department, you will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of Ad Tech product development by identifying customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The Snr Systems Engineer manages the systems administration function and leads the organisation's system projects and environments.
