We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as the Asia Regional Treasury Business Manager, focusing on liquidity management and funding desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regulatory liquidity requirements, particularly those set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA), as well as a strong business acumen in Fixed Income (FI) Credit Business, Prime Brokerage, Equities, and Wealth Management.

The successful candidate will report to Head of Asia Ex Japan Treasury Liquidity Management, but also work closely with Asia Ex Japan Regional Treasurer as well as Head of Asia Ex Japan Treasury Funding Desk, Global Treasury stakeholders as well as AEJ GM Business CAOs.

This expanded role requires a seasoned treasury professional with a comprehensive understanding of liquidity management, interest rate risk, asset-liability management, and structured products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the organization's financial structure, managing risks, and driving profitability across diverse business lines in the Asia region and partner with business representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the liquidity and funding operations for the broker-dealer's Asia regional treasury business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory liquidity requirements, particularly those mandated by MAS and JFSA.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize liquidity management and funding across the region.
• Collaborate closely with Fixed Income, Credit, Private Banking, Equities, and Wealth Management teams to understand their liquidity needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Interact with high-level management in Singapore, India, and Korea, as well as participate in ALCOs (Asset and Liability Committees) and Risk Committees.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact liquidity and funding strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on liquidity positions, risks, and funding strategies to senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Oversee Asset Liability Management (ALM) processes, ensuring proper balance sheet management and optimization of the bank's financial structure.
• Lead the development and implementation of structured notes issuance programs, working closely with product teams to design and price new offerings.
• Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and manage risks associated with structured notes issuance.
• Conduct regular reviews of the LTP and FTP methodologies, ensuring they remain aligned with market conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Understand and interpret regulatory and internal liquidity ratios
• Enhance liquidity management and reporting systems, specifying Treasury requirements and working with other Finance, Risk and/or Technology teams
• Provide coverage for BAU processes in AEJ Treasury Funding Desk and Liquidity Management teams as needed; for this, the successful candidate may be required to be registered as an Associated Person of various Nomura entities

Skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management in the financial services industry.
• Experience of regulatory liquidity requirements, particularly those set by MAS.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Design: Collaborate on system requirements, develop schematics, select components, and design control logic for marine vessel propulsion/control systems.
• Commissioning and Integration: Oversee installation, testing, and validation of electrical systems.
• System Optimization: Analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create technical documentation and commissioning reports.
• Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in electrical design/commissioning (marine propulsion/control systems preferred)
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and simulation tools
• Knowledge of marine electrical systems, industry standards (ABS, DNV, IMO), and regulations
• Requires to travel overseas for commissioning activities (shipyards/vessels)

Requirements:

1. Must be familiar with fire pump and the market for fire safety. In lieu of fire pump experience, must have at least experience with marketing of water pumps
2. Preferably have technical background in the relevant field at least at ITE level in specializations like electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics etc.
3. Technicians / engineers with knowledge of the above product who keen to switch to sales role is welcome to apply.
4. Preferably have related sales experience and able to present to customer and consultant
5. Need to have at least class 3 driving licence and own vehicle.

Logistics / Site Coordinator

Salary: $3,000-$4,000

Working Location & Site office: Jurong Port

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (OT most likely required, but no OT pay)
• As this is a supervisory position and working at Jurong Port, they must be 24/7 on standby for any issues occur since the shipments run 24/7. However, there will be workers around doing two shift work, day and night, so the supervisors don’t need to be there at night unless issues occur.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for managing the discharge of construction aggregates (stones, sand) at a port, ensuring smooth discharging operations for all barges and vessels.

Responsibilities:

• Allocate manpower and equipment effectively to manage and ensure vessel and barge discharging operations of construction aggregates at the port runs smoothly.
• Oversee daily operations related to the arrival and departure of barges and vessels.
• Liaise with port authorities to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on barge and vessel activities.
• Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring optimal supply of goods for delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with the truck teams and ensure all company goods are promptly delivered.
• Manage and ensure the safety of our workforce at work.
• Ensure equipment are maintained and operational for every deployment.
• Able and willing to work irregular hours, including weekends. Port operations run 24/7.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination
• Able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license in Singapore. Company vehicle provided for work use.
