- Manage reception area

Job Responsibilities:

1) Programme Management

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of clinical programmes, with respect to those pertaining to older adults, frailty and eldercare which include linking up with partnering institutions
• Engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g. clinic teams – doctors, nurses, operations) in managing the roll-out and scaling up of clinical programmes across all polyclinics
• Monitor and evaluate data of key performance indicators (e.g. recruitment number, patient outcomes) for the programmes
• Present programme and evaluation updates to Clinical Services Department, Senior Management and any other relevant stakeholders

2) Administrative Duties

• Plan and organise meetings for programme teams and department
• Take minutes for departmental and programme meetings; with appropriate follow-up on matters arising
• Support other administrative duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by Reporting Officer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Life or Biological Science
• Preferably with about 1-2 years of work experience in project management, operations and administrative work
• Possess report writing and project organisation skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively
• High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, self-starter/self-motivator, pro-active and a passionate team player who is able to work independently under pressure
