Job Requirements

• Commit 48-hour 5 day work week
• Comfortable with working on public holidays and weekends when necessary
• At least 3 years of experience within the F&B FOH sector would be highly advantageous

Benefits:

• Basic Salary up to $3,300 with yearly increment based on performance.
• Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), 2 x Saturday per month depending on roster basis (9am – 3pm)
• Annual leave up to 14 days for first year (pro-rated for incomplete year of service).
• Add 1 day per year till maximum of 18 days.
• Duty Allowance Amount - $250 for working on Saturday and $300 for PH on weekdays.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Customer Service Assistant located in North Bridge Road.Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO items.

You will be responsible for handling and processing a large volume of quotations and sales orders, ensuring they are completed within the target time. This includes verifying and correcting any part number errors in the orders. You will also manage customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web chat.

In addition to processing claims related to shipment delays, defective items, or incorrect pricing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues with customer orders, such as requesting lead time changes from suppliers.

You will be required to perform the following tasks independently:

• Perform the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet within a given timeline
• Prepare and submit GST, claims, etc., in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise with clients to clarify accounting queries
• Provide advisory to help clients better manage their accounts
• Prepare compilation reports and tax computation

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy, CA or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in an accounting or audit firm is preferred. For those without relevant industry experience, you may be considered for an executive position.
• Good team player and interaction skills
• Able to start work in a short notice period
